To every teenager we say that God is Real and Alive and He desires to have a daily and eternal Relationship with you. He loves you and understands you. Come to One Way Youth and learn more about God and what He wants to accomplish in you!
Who We Are-
"One-Way Youth" is the Senior High Group. Basically grades 9-12 meet together for recreation, solid teaching and meaningful worship. The group meets Saturday nights usually at 7pm, as well as for different activities, conferences and projects throughout the year. Youth director, Mark Silvers and a team of youth workers meet week by week with an awesome group of youth who are devoted to God. One-Way focuses in on issues and topics that concern and affect the youth culture. While the group likes to enjoy some recreation, there is also a strong focus on equipping and worship.
The Forge
Intense Discipleship The Forge meets two semesters a year, each a few months in length. The Forge gathers once each week for intense study of God, focus on His call and ministry to one another. This time of passionate intimacy with God and others is all about the pursuit of God. The command that Jesus gave to make disciples is serious and we value, especially among a younger generation and that is why we gather. If you are interested in a youth discipleship school that is going deep please contact the church info@southgatefc.com and inquire about the Forge. The Forge is open to those in high school, but please contact us and share if God is leading you to join us.
Each ministry exists to support and further the vision and mission of the church, namely helping each person grow in Jesus Christ as well as sharing Christ with others.
